1. General provisions

These Terms govern access to the Kezdes website and its features (the “Service”). By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

The Service is a platform for publishing and viewing profiles, reviews, and other user information. It is not a party to arrangements between users, does not provide services described in profiles, and does not guarantee any user’s identity, intentions, or conduct.

2. Adults only

The Service is exclusively for people who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority under applicable law. Minors may not access the Service, create accounts, publish profiles, or communicate through it.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, keep it current, and protect your account. You may not transfer an account, impersonate another person, create an account without their consent, or evade restrictions.

You are responsible for activity through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact [email protected].

4. User content

By publishing text, photos, reviews, or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to do so, that every person shown is an adult who consented to the recording and publication, and that the content does not violate law or third-party rights.

You retain rights to your content and grant the Service a non-exclusive permission to store, process, and display it as necessary to operate and promote the Service.

5. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not publish, request, offer, distribute, or promote unlawful content or use the Service for unlawful activity. Prohibited material includes:

child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization or exploitation of minors, grooming, or AI-generated or altered material of this nature;
human trafficking, coercion, blackmail, forced procuring, or exploitation of vulnerable people;
intimate material published without the free and informed consent of the adult shown;
threats, harassment, hate, incitement to violence, fraud, or other unlawful activity;
third-party personal data, intellectual property, or images without authorization;
malware, spam, automated scraping, interference with the Service, or attempts to bypass its protections.

The prohibition involving minors is absolute. Do not upload or forward illegal files even when reporting them.

6. Moderation

We may review content before or after publication, restrict or remove it, and suspend or terminate access when we believe these Terms, third-party rights, or applicable law have been violated. Urgent action may be taken without notice. Moderation does not mean that every item is reviewed or guaranteed to be accurate.

7. Reporting a violation

Email [email protected] with the page URL, type of violation, and information needed to locate it. Do not attach illegal images. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.

8. Service operation and liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, preservation or accuracy of every item, or the outcome of interactions between users. You evaluate communication and meeting risks independently and follow applicable law.

9. Changes and termination

We may change the Service and these Terms. The current version and update date are published here. You may stop using the Service at any time; we may restrict access to protect users, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.
